Disconnected is a new breed of company

So this is a prime example of what's wrong with companies today and why we strive to be different. I ordered some lighting thinking it might be a good fit for a Disconnected energy product. The advert looked great....

However the reality was very disappointing...

Why do that? What's the point? I am absolutely fed up with products that don't live up to expectations. This is why we spend so much time on testing here, to make sure our products do exactly as we say!
